By accessing or using SendHub.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SendHub.ai provides AI-powered WhatsApp automation tools for businesses, including automated messaging, conversation management, team collaboration, and analytics through a web-based dashboard ("app.sendhub.ai").

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. WhatsApp Business API Compliance

You must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy when using the Service. SendHub connects to WhatsApp through the official Business API. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining your own WhatsApp Business API access and complying with Meta's terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk marketing without recipient consent
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate WhatsApp's terms of service or acceptable use policies
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Transmit any malware, viruses, or harmful code through the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate message responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving automated messages sent on your behalf. SendHub is not liable for any damages resulting from AI-generated content.

7. Billing and Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SendHub.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
